THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO. 111/MPP/Kep/1/1998 ON AMENDMENT TO THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO. 230/MPP/Kep/7/1997 ON GOODS SUBJECT TO THE IMPORT TRADE SYSTEM.
1. To amend Article 5B of the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 111/MPP/Kep/1/1998 so that it reads as follows:
" Article 5B
(1) Especially for the after sale service for refrigerators under HS No. 8418.10.000, 8418.21.000, 8418.22.000, 8418.29.000 which require CFC-1 2, the import of CFC-1 2 is still allowed up to December 31, 2003 at the maximum of 700 tons through approved importers (IT).
(2) The company appointed as an approved importer as meant in paragraph (1) shall be PT Dharma Niaga.
(3) Methyl bromide under HS No. 2903.30.000 as listed in Attachment I serial No.3 (three) to the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 111/MPP/Kep/1/1998 as long as it is used as a fumigant for quarantine, warehouse and preshipment purposes can be imported through approved importers (IT).
(4) The companies appointed as approved importers as meant in paragraph (3) shall be:
(5) Any import realization by IT as meant in paragraph (1) shall obtain approval from the Director General of International Trade based on the consideration of the Director General of Metal, Machine and Chemical Industries.
(6) Any import realization by IT as meant in paragraph (1) shall obtain approval from the Director General of International Trade based on the consideration of the Minister of Agriculture. "
2. To amend Attachment II to the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 111/MPP/Kep/1/1998, serial numbers 11 and 14, to become as follows:

3. The other provisions stipulated in the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No.111/MPP/Kep/1 /1998 shall remain valid.
This decree shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, this decree shall be announced by publishing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
